Hi all, in a new policy this season, we will need all Lane Tech Swim Families to fill out this google form. Families can optionally decide to volunteer to be carpool drivers (should we ever need them to). We hope to provide bus transportation for all away meets, but this sometimes is not feasible. It will be very helpful to have a number of approved carpool drivers.
As a part of filling out this form, you will need to print out and physically sign the policy acknowledgement. We will have copies for everyone to bring home at practices.
